Adri Miller-Heckman is a Senior Executive financial services expert with extensive nationwide training experience in business development. Her 22-years in the industry and 13-year tenure with Smith Barney/Citigroup included positions as a financial consultant, national training officer, and the Director of National Sales for Women and Co., a division of Citigroup.

In addition to training thousands of financial advisors, Adri led multiple workshops addressing the issues unique to being a female advisor. In March 2010 Adri launched her first annual Breaking the Mold workshop designed specifically for the female advisor.

In her current role as consultant and coach, she provides 1-on-1 monthly coaching, group teleconference training programs, developmental workshops and motivational presentations.

Adri has been a keynote speaker for conferences run by Smith Barney, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch, and independent firms such as Montauk Financial and WRP Investments. She is also an approved Financial Advisor coach at Smith Barney, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Bank of America.

Adri authored the book Seminars for the Financial Advisor, based on her own experience of building a successful practice. She also developed and copyrighted The Thematic Wealth Program, a process that systematically addresses total wealth management.
